Zack's dad wrote the music and directed the video (there is a credits sequence at the end).

honestly, if you've been to a few bar mitzvahs, you'd realize that a family blowing 2k on a vanity music video for a 13 year old really isn't all that crazy

Doesn't it imply in one of those interviews that she's at least a casual showbiz kid enabling her stage parents, doing the talent show and singing group circuit? What's $2000 to them? And those folks already have no shame, so it's hard to embarrass them or make them feel bad. They're already stars in their own minds. My call is that RB is golden until she's old enough to drive (ironically) and get into real trouble.
