anyway I recommend everybody to start w/ the earl & tyler joints, my comp's primarily a non-earl/non-tyler stroll through their catalog from the end of 2010

e3 yr comp was the first thing i listened to and i really appreciated it. seems like a good selection (altho i'm hardly qualified to critique it...)

it was culled from about 6 hours of OF stuff that was available at the time, did it for myself really but it came out well so there it is

ended up with nothing from the earl, tyler or radical albums cuz I was burnt out on them at the time, I think every other release got represented w/ at least one track

Seriously. Listen to this and tell me you expected anything like this out of Odd Future. Even Jet Age of Tomorrow doesn't really gesture in this direction.

yah i rewatched it & i can totally see if someone wasnt familiar w/ OF and/or had listened to this song as recorded could easily think it was terrible & amateur-ish; it really sounds a ton better not live

but i mean it's just so, so, so simple. "WOLF! GANG! WOLF! GANG! WOLF! GANG" ... that scheme is like the most done in all hip-hop.

Don't think the Frank Ocean album has any input from the other members of Odd Future and i'm pretty sure the first track is a Coldplay cover.
