Why are there two Ilx0r rooms? I've not seen it be too busy in the main one ever.

A lot of the avant classical and noise pieces are very long -- I can see going with shorter stuff in the main room.

that's exactly the idea yeah....quite a few 20m+ tracks in tbrr (which is necessary for some genres)

you mentioned the Pan Sonic/Merzbow track upthread, that's an hour long -- nobody would sit still for that in ILXOR

Is Chrome any better than Firefox for this. I keeps cutting out or freezing on me and it fucks up my other tabs as well.

firefox been pretty rubbish for me too. used safari for a couple of hours without any trouble. no idea about chrome tho.

Yes, I'm still losing bits of tracks and things but Chrome running tabs as separate processes is helping keep everything else afloat.

Chrome works best for me too.

I haven't had any problems using Safari for Windows fwiw.

I can't get this site to work of Firefox anymore. The record player just sits there limp and I can't hear or see any tunes or users. But it works fine on Chrome, I wonder why's that? I didn't change any settings on Firefox.

I had that problem last night with Firefox - had to keep refreshing the page when it got stuck between tracks - but it seems to be working OK for me now.

They're default auto-assigned names, which you can then amend.

I think it's stopped removing names when people leave. That list is everyone who's come in in the last couple of days. Several names on the list multiple times.

This is seems to be indeed working better on Chrome. Not many glitches during the last few hours. Or maybe the whole site just works better now?
