contenderizer's are very "dots and loops" (opinions4u: the best stereolab era)

d&l is sounding fantastic tonight. i thought it would sound dated because lol 1996 post-rock but it seriously sounds fresher than ever. those drums are so wicked. gonna put on 'fluorescences' next.

D&L is as superb now as it was 10 years ago. Proto-nu-lab.

I miss the electronic current in that album, and longer works like Refeactions, which is spellbinding.

The truth is that Stereolab themselves are the best at making up fake (but actual) Stereolab song titles. I gaped as a young adult when they titled a song Outer Bongolia
