the lindstrom live set has been awesome all three times i've seen it. it's completely different each time and he goes crazy with the effects and sprawling proggy breakdowns thrown in with his funky cosmic shit. it's not just his own stuff, he plays remixes and other tracks too, but it's definitely amazing. shitty turnout at the show you were referring to, so he probably wont be back any time soon, but i would recommend him highly in the future. but it was quite the sweaty dance party with all the euros who were rolling

Eh, don't listen to her. There's a cookout in Visitacion Valley on the 20th and a drum and fife band is playing the Tonga Room of the Fairmont in Nob Hill on the 22nd. That's it. Hit up my ilx mail and I can give you more information.

the Gertrude Stein show at the Jewish Museum is supposed to be good. The Steins Collect at SFMoMA is a maelstrom of moms and people on audio tours.
