It's 'The SLAPP' dude... Clearly hoping that they'll get gigs based on their singer's vague resemblance to Steve Harley. Also lol it's an autographed picture!
The glam bandwagon jumpers are hilarious, in each group there are obviously some members who are more committed to the idea than the others.
Would book Pork on the basis of their tagline.
