hoes on my dick cos my groceries bagged (tpp), Thursday, 24 June 2010 20:45 (sixteen years ago)

hoes on my dick cos my groceries bagged (tpp), Thursday, 24 June 2010 20:46 (sixteen years ago)

know the (ledge) (some dude), Thursday, 24 June 2010 20:48 (sixteen years ago)

J. Cole said he chose "Who Dat" to be his first single "because it’s really about the beat and the raps and not much more.

that's all i want, really.

super sl0cki double dare (Whiney G. Weingarten), Thursday, 24 June 2010 20:55 (sixteen years ago)

super sl0cki double dare (Whiney G. Weingarten), Thursday, 24 June 2010 22:20 (sixteen years ago)

a bold statement

samosa gibreel, Thursday, 24 June 2010 22:22 (sixteen years ago)

i'm been kinda behind but damn the Bar Exam 3 is awesome. royce is so great.

cool to see a dude choose really challenging beats like bombs over baghdad to rhyme over on a mixtape

nuge spock (upper mississippi sh@kedown), Thursday, 24 June 2010 22:23 (sixteen years ago)

J. Cole has the personality of a stick of celery.

rennavate, Thursday, 24 June 2010 22:25 (sixteen years ago)

And the beat's like a bad Timbo-circa-"Put You On the game" knockoff.

rennavate, Thursday, 24 June 2010 22:25 (sixteen years ago)

i think he's one of the most totally okay rappers on the scene today!

nuge spock (upper mississippi sh@kedown), Thursday, 24 June 2010 22:26 (sixteen years ago)

Yeah, but who wants to listen to "totally okay"?

rennavate, Thursday, 24 June 2010 22:28 (sixteen years ago)

im ok with it

its like why GROCERY BAG and not saddam? (deej), Friday, 25 June 2010 00:20 (sixteen years ago)

Yeah, it's fine and all, don't get me wrong. But it's not something I'm going to listen to for any length of time.

rennavate, Friday, 25 June 2010 00:24 (sixteen years ago)

"Who Dat" is cool btw, even if I can't help feeling like it's one step above Sheek Louch or something. If I've been fronting on J. Cole, it's just because of the names I've seen him associated with. But if he is gonna just make solid B-grade wannabe NY rap, I can't hate.

suge ♞ (The Reverend), Sunday, 27 June 2010 06:43 (sixteen years ago)

he reminds me more of lupe than a knucklehead east coast rapper

incredible length (J0rdan S.), Sunday, 27 June 2010 06:44 (sixteen years ago)

I guess I'm going more on the sound of it than the rapping. I've only heard it once tho.

suge ♞ (The Reverend), Sunday, 27 June 2010 07:51 (sixteen years ago)

met him today. super nice dude. his music is also 'nice'. i dunno hes not a hugely defined personality really. I can never really love these MOR-persona rappers

its like why GROCERY BAG and not saddam? (deej), Sunday, 27 June 2010 08:53 (sixteen years ago)

how did i miss this totally disgusting "A Milli" rip-off from 2009. This Polow beat is nasty. I guess being a year late is pretty fuckin latepass.

i'm about halfway through and this is really good. right now i'm hung up on 'you ain't no dj.' its a real rapper's rap song, yelawolf gets two verses and andre 3000 is on the beat. everybody kills it and big boi's hook is pretty funny "your dj ain't no dj he just make them fuckin mixtapes/ your dj aint no dj he that hits that instant replay" meanwhile he and yela go back and forth trading lines that really are instant replay worthy

/\/K/\/\, Tuesday, 29 June 2010 15:25 (sixteen years ago)

It's leaked in high quality too.
