There's a partial and totally speculative tracklisting here, but it's not enough to go on. Also half of the tracks they list are out-takes from "How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb", so probably won't be on "Songs of Ascent" anyway. The only confirmed song is "Every Breaking Wave".

Defintely the new Arcade Fire album, although preferrably the joke tracklisting that was floating around. In fact, I volunteer to be the midwife that brings Neighborhood #5 (Hockey) kicking and screaming into the world.
