15!

Ned Raggett, Friday, 11 December 2009 15:36 (sixteen years ago)

The UK never 'got' Hinder for more than a minute but I largely associate them with their first Kerrang feature, the photoshoot for which had them posing next to a bed on which was a passed-out girl in her underwear - the willingness with which they seemed keen to look like gang rapists was pretty unprecedented in my experience

Of ALL the songs for you to love on here.

I am a big question mark (HI DERE), Monday, 14 December 2009 19:17 (sixteen years ago)

hahahaha I forgot he actually sang the "SHAW-shaw" bits in the verse

I am a big question mark (HI DERE), Monday, 14 December 2009 19:18 (sixteen years ago)

When I saw him do "Land Of Confusion" live he changed the lyrics to "There's too many men, and not enough pussy." I can't make this stuff up.

One thing I really don't need to do spend time looking for live versions of Disturbed's cover of "Land of Confusion" so please stop giving me incentives to do so!

a bit worse, imo

da croupier, Monday, 14 December 2009 19:30 (sixteen years ago)

though i still appreciate the Three Times One Minus One homage at the beginning of the video

da croupier, Monday, 14 December 2009 19:31 (sixteen years ago)

whiney and maura deserve real kudos. when i think "ok, they genuinely cannot find anything worse than that last one" they pull a walk this way or whatever this shite is out of the bag. On the basis of how its going I think the top 10 may be the first time music has ever made me vomit.

also "Balki Bartokomous"? do i care enough to wiki it?

adorable cheese inscription (a hoy hoy), Monday, 14 December 2009 20:02 (sixteen years ago)

I assume that's Bronson Pichot's character from Perfect Strangers, a semi-popular sitcom in the early 90's.

abanana, Tuesday, 15 December 2009 17:45 (sixteen years ago)

Darryl Worley played at least a couple of shows on September 11th at the county fairgrounds in the tiny middle-of-nowhere town in where I grew up. This place is also like 1,000 miles from any actual 9/11 locations. I'm guessing they were the only ones who'd have him.

joygoat, Tuesday, 15 December 2009 18:17 (sixteen years ago)
