I have "Mugger" and one that they did with Black Dice. It's very noisy with a few ambient bits but mostly unlistenable noise. That said it was quite cool strolling around a market town in the British sunshine whilst listening to it. Is this stuff typical of what they do? Sometimes I do wonder what the appeal is here and how much one should take this kind of music seriously?

I haven't heard Mugger, but the Black Dice collaboration is fairly atypical for them.

Yeah, the Black Dice collab was a lot more restrained than I thought it would be. I like it, though. Anyone else hear their Recycled Music cassette? At one point it sounds like the hull of ship breaking up.

Mugger is kind of atypical for them.. they usually have a lot more dynamic variation; Mugger tends to be ALL LOUD, ALL THE TIME, if I remember correctly.

The recyceld cassette is great too!

The Lost Sockets 3" that came out recently on Chondritic isn't as thrilling. I think I've only listened to it once or twice since I got it.

I have the split 3" with Gang Wizard. I think the D Yellow Swans track is like them playing acoustic guitars and yelling in either a men's or women's bathroom. Maybe that's what the Gang Wizard side sounds like too. In any case it's pretty good.
