tbf I will fully cop to my ambivalence being at least partly rooted in the fact that I've never liked him. His technical skill is undeniable but his exploitative combo of self-absorption and opportunism (not to mention his 4chan-style LOOK HOW OFFENSIVE I AM schtick) has always put me off.

A few of the early songs were almost enjoyable but I got to that ^^^ and decided to bounce. (I also skipped "Stepdad" and "Darker" a few seconds in.)

one thing that is kind of interesting as Em has developed is that i think he started running out of words to rhyme with other words and he increasingly relies on breaking a word into two-parts at a syllable break so he can rhyme the first half of the word with the end of the next bar instead of the whole word
