I noticed this at my new office and realised I think it happens in offices all the time. But I would never hear friends discussing what they do at the gym or whatever on a Friday night or something. Is this just a particularly acceptable universal work discussion? Does it happen at your workplace?

I always make sure to kiss my biceps when doing this. I find it really helps accentuate the fact that I work out.

The new bloke in our office tried to engage me in a conversation about changing his gym routine to improve his body mass index just a moment ago. I did think this was a peculiar conversational gambit.

in the pub the other night, some friends and i discussed various fitness routines (running for me, gym for kasia, squash for dan). it felt perfectly normal!
