It has to be Lou for "Beware of a Holy Whore"!

Tom D., Saturday, 17 November 2007 13:24 (eleven years ago) Permalink

Yeah, that's probably the way I'm going to vote.

Saw Lou in "Cassandra Crossing" the other week!

Tom D., Tuesday, 20 November 2007 15:51 (eleven years ago) Permalink

"Let me ask you something: Do you believe love is a continuous stream?"

James Redd and the Blecchs, Tuesday, 20 November 2007 15:52 (eleven years ago) Permalink

Lou is so good as the Fassbinder proxy in Warnung vor einer Heiligen Nutte that I'm voting for him. I seem to recall him being OK in that Philippe Garrel movie, but I don't remember anything about it.

Although I did enjoy Seymour's elevator operator character's soap-opera-level portrayal of a doctor in The Royal Tenenbaums.

Seymour was pretty great on Flight Of The Conchords running down his gangland credentials.

is Castel living?

Apparently. Never knew he had a Swedish father, was born in Bogotá, and grew up with a twin brother in Cartagena.

I remember Cassel being hilarious in Buscemi's Trees Lounge as an ice cream man, have I got that right?

Dunno, maybe I read that somewhere, like I just read “Castel was born Ulv Quarzell.”
