The bits about Miller in this review are as perfect an opportunity to re-hate him as any. The one about how is "improvising" ruined plot points that the film had to then work around is an act of all-time douchebaggery.

The Josh Brolin character in Sacario kept reminding me too much of Miller, a restrained Miller.

Some Personal News for Miller!
Breitbart's newsletter promotion for Dennis Miller's new column there is very badass 🎸🎸 pic.twitter.com/sMzHIPR83Q— Will Sommer (@willsommer) April 17, 2018

What a horrid human being Michelle Wolf is. I’m going to read up on her over the next couple of days and I will have a few brutally mean jokes about her by Wednesday.— Dennis Miller (@DennisDMZ) April 29, 2018

Hi @DennisDMZ! We know it normally takes three days but we took five minutes and wrote some jokes for you. How'd we do? pic.twitter.com/UuifUbnP7H— Full Frontal (@FullFrontalSamB) April 30, 2018

lots of great details in here
Naturally, the podcast is rich with Miller’s special brand of impenetrable mad-lib analogies. These — as the only thing differentiating Option from sitting across from your racist uncle while he reads the newspaper — are the main attraction, if only perversely so. On Democrats’ refusal to move on from the Russia scandal, he says: “CNN couldn’t be any more in the ‘throw it against the wall and see what sticks’ business if they were Jackson Pollock testing a strand of pasta to see if it was al dente while he made his lunch on a hot plate in the spin art booth at the state fair.”

god this makes me angrier than Michael Jackson at a nose contest!!!
The Podcast One lineup is... something. "A Thug Kitchen Podcast," Adam Carolla, Penn Jillette, the guy who took stem cells to make his dick bigger, some basic cable off-brand Serials.

Can't believe they don't have a podcast for The Chive on there.
I know someone with a podcast on Podcast One, I think it's... not that hard to be on there, I think they throw up a lot of stuff to see what sticks a la Jackson Pollack making pasta at the State Fair

Was channel surfing last night and saw a somewhat unrecognizable Dennis Miller on Jimmy Kimmel's show. Miller claimed to be a social liberal and that he was doing conservative comedy for the bucks before reminding himself (and presumably us) that owning the libs can be funny too. It was a weird, awkward appearance - he resembles Richard Nixon a lot now and is about as funny as him.

did he ever come up with those Michelle Wolf jokes
― frogbs, Thursday, 8 November 2018 16:40 (five years ago) link
tbf Nixon was fucking hilarious

I saw that Kimmel too. What was missing is that he genuinely went neocon after 9/11 due to his pre-existing views on the middle east, and ran with that for a good while before Fox came-a-callin'. I think him id-ing as a social lib is his way of saying he's not Evangelical or religious.

or alternatively it was his way of saying "please hire me"

i don't believe he's a social liberal in the slightest, give me a fucking break. sounds like he's having an identity crisis
