Marinades

Earlier tonight, before the drinking started, I marinated tuna steaks in:

Olive oil
A splash of dry sherry
A splash of soy
Chopped garlic
A teaspoon of chilli powder
Salt n pepper

They turned out lovely, but I've been using this marinade for some time and am a bit bored with it. Share your marinades with me and lively up my dinner (doesn't have to be just for tuna, general marinade-based discussion welcome).

get some fresh chopped scallions & cilantro, fresh grated ginger, sesame oil and olive oil. yummers for ahi, works well for chicken with an asian flair too.
