Yeah, those are the worst. Even the film and political threads usually have a few posts of interest, but the spineless passive-aggression of the logged out threads are without worth.

"I'm logged out and I have a problem" threads are, to my mind, the *only* reason for retaining the ability to post when logged out. They are a very, very strong reason, though. I really don't like "i'm logged out so that i can bitch about other people here" threads, although to be honest I can't promise that I've never done it. I can't remember whether I have or not.
