I love how every episode of The Middleman has a Wilhelm Scream

I hate this now.

Heard a podcast over last couple of days which had what was being attempted with AI visually to something that would be analogous to this. Visually so a different sense but would mean that the indistinct person in the background could be a computer rendition of someone who would be in the distant past from when the film was made.
& quality of rendition unlikely to be kept high.

!!! things everyone knew but me, set out in plain sight (= on ilx) 20 years ago !!!

We call it Acieed

we always like to shout out when we think we've heard one. Of course there's heaps in for eg all the star wars films bcs I think that was an intentional gag on their part? These days it pops up more in comedies for that reason I suspect.
