I work in a warehouse making roof trusses and i have the fattest splinter in my hand that spans about half of my palm, from the base of my inner-thumb towards the top of my wrist. It's really fucking painful, and worse, it's healed over and stuck there for good?!?!
How can I remove the splinter with as little pain possible? I can barely grip my hand, and i just found a load of Trina upskirts on the internet.

1)this will hurt
2)this will hurt
you may want to get someone to do it for you, then you have someone to swear at

I'm a landscape architect that works around timber and wood daily. Splinters of normal size are an every day problem. However, ones that are imbedded or healed over, need a doctor's office.
My crew foreman tried to remove a 3" splinter that had gone into his arm and healed over. He went septic and had to be rushed to the hospital, losing a weeks worth of work.
Your life is too precious to play E.R. on yourself.
