Watercolour Challenge, I Wish I'd Though of That!, Richard and Judy. What's worth staying in bed for?

I'm hooked on a soap called Passions. It's got demons in boxes, a talking doll, people coming back from the dead and witchcraft. Lots of witchcraft. mmmm. ..

I watch Talk Soup and Reruns of bad sitcoms

Hey everyone, stop being selfish. We need to know channels and times so we can revel in the badness together.

Search: Richard & Judy yesterday. "How to tell the difference between an eccentric and a potential psychopath" (including Richard condemning Barry George as an evil man). "How to dress like Lil Kim in the Moulin Rouge video" (a useful look for everyday use, I'm sure you'll agree).

The best Watercolour Challenge was when some *young* man was on it and kept taking the piss, doing impressions of Hannah Gordon in the Elephant Man. She got genuinely wound up.

Fifteen to One is my favourite.

Wrong message to take from entire Barry George saga, possibly: I caught myself thinking, when they showed the state his flat was in, that even I — never exactly mr orderly — have never let things go quite that badly.

Richard & Judy are no longer on ITV from either this Friday or the Friday after. Boo hiss! I need my morning un-intentional Alan Partridge impressions!

I dislike all the hospital shows that come on after Kilroy, they try to interview children who have had nasty accidents or are having operations, and obviously the kids don't want to talk, it's "so little jimmy I hear you fell of a telephone box and broke your arm?" "uh huh"..."you shouldn't really be climbing on telephone boxes should you"..."yep"..."kids ha ha!"... Kilroy itself is terrible, the Trisha show is an excellent laugh. Water Colour Challenge is a wonderful programme, just three people sitting around painting, inspired. I'm also enjoying the new Channel 4 show Number One. Does MTV Select count as daytime TV?...I just wish Lisa Snowdon would pull her trousers up!

Man, Kilroy is ace. That hair! That tan! The way he shouts at his guests! Hilarious stuff. Trisha is just depressing.

two months pass...
Celebrity Watercolour Challenge! This is not a good idea! Bring this great show back to the people. I don't care about the paintings of poxy celebrities even if it is for charidy.

Challenge TV (UK digital channel devoted to gameshows, and quite amusing at times)

Search: the re-runs of Treasure Hunt.

Destroy: King of the Castle. This is the programme I "learnt" (i.e. saw for the first time) today, and I can't believe what an incredibly obvious and inferior rip of The Weakest Link the whole format and style of presentation is, just done on the sort of zero budget and lack of self-confidence of programme makers who know hardly anyone's watching.

I try and watch nothing but court shows if I'm home in the daytime. I think it's actually possible to do here from about 10 am to 5 pm. When I was a kid, I was always upset when the game shows ended and the soap operas began; there were no other options.
