My girl doesn't seem to care one way or another. She used to shave, but to be honest it was only cool the first night. After that stubble city.
I only wish there was a way to do it without worrying about the grow back affect quite so soon.

There is a way. Waxing.
what about Nad's no heat hair removal cream. Green goo! I saw the telly commercial in which they used it to take off a guy's ear hair, and some of a woman's eyebrows - I wondered why it isn't marketed to men for facial hair removal since it seems to be comparatively gentle, and of course much longer lasting than shaving. If I did or wanted to do any hair removal I would buy this stuff.

I'm a guy, and I'm all for trimming. It's fun, the ladies (or at least my lady) love it, and it just seems all around better than going the 'eau de natural' route. I mean hey, if both sexes can spend hours upon hours preening over the hair on their heads... why not do the same downstairs? The one thing I've always been curious about (and, coincidentally, what led me to stumble upon this site) is if any guys "style" it at all; not braiding or breaking out the picking comb... but trimming or shaving any sort of design or style into it. Again, we're not talking about curly-Q's and the like, just something different than the standard triangle. Thoughts? Comments?

Anyway, Mr. Happy has had a little trim, and for me, it does make it look bigger. Now he can don his hat and sunglasses, go out into the big wide world and smile at the girlies.
...Or not.
Seriously, if you're gonna trim it, try to keep it in line with the rest of your body hair. I've done this, and it looks a bit odd, but in a way kinda normal! lol.
I've yet to find out if my girlfriend approves of my penile modification. Anyone have any ideas how it shall be received? With approval or disgust?
My main reason for doing this is because the annoying hairs just irritate me because they occasionally get tangled or caught out the side of my boxers, etc. and I just want to be free of that. If you get what I mean.
I looked at it after I'd given it a haircut, and it did look quite bigger. But if you've ever looked at it in a mirror, from the side, it usually does look bigger from a different angle. Again, if you get what I mean.
Happy stubble rubbing!

I keep myself trimmed with a beard trimmer. Chest, stomach, pubes, and pits. It's turned into one of those things that's hard to stop. I have received NO negative remarks. In fact, I've only gotten positive comments. One person said I looked great either way, which is probably true for everyone. But don't we all get our hair cut and/or colored? Don't most of us exercise? Aren't there myriad things we do to alter our appearance to match our self-image?
Yes, variety is important, but if you like yourself better trimmed, then do it. It is certainly one of the most benign, reversable personal appearance decisions you can make!
