Is there a name for this flat animation rotoscoped style that seems more wikiHow than Moebius? Can we invent a German or French neologism for it if it doesn't exist, like "Ligne Claire"?

There's a bit of uncanny valleyness to it that I think Moebius avoids by making his forms more exaggerated and stylized, but also the modern context of live video chat filters is leaking into it too. Can we name this thing whatever it is?
