My ego has taken a real bruising as I've gone 0-3 on Math questions this season. On the plus side, I'm still mid-table, even though there's 1 point separating me from the relegation zone (not factoring in tiebreakers).

Now that I think of it, the first time I saw The General was at Silby's alma mater.

I've had some awful moneying this 1DS season -- off the top of my head, I've played at least 2 where I ended < 50%ile but could've finished as high as the 80th.

Yesterday was big beer day.

Not for me! (I missed thiamine.) In fact, I haven't scored a single 6/6 all season. If that holds, it would be the first season since LL63 in 2014 in which I didn't get at least one. Luckily, I've had plenty of 5/6 days and am in the middle of the pack as usual.

Well, my prediction is proving true, as I'm on a 6 game losing streak where half of the losses have been avoidable.

I think maybe the league that I was moved into last season (along with Leee and NA) is a little less competitive? Anyway, I've probably jinxed it by mentioning it, but still crossing my fingers.

That's sort of my take, mainly because our placement in the last MSC was pretty bad (with the caveat of course that not everyone plays it). Then again, I have a TCA > CAA only because I've benefited from THREE forfeit wins this season, so maybe we're just in a less dedicated league?
