I’m grateful for and fully endorse this thread.

I recommend tart cherry and cranberry concentrate (nothing added) to have on hand along with simple syrup; having them handy means a tasty drink is less than a minute away.

My friend sent me these suggestions a few months ago:

Margarita mix (she chose Tres Agaves Organic) with iced tea
Ginger beer (she chose BundaBerg Diet) with key lime juice
And a non-alcoholic cosmo with pre-made cosmo mix (cran-lime cocktail?), extra key lime juice and Topo Chico

Can't vouch for any of them, but she swore by them. She was going non-alco for calorie/diet purposes.

I posted this on some other thread, but for inspiration here's the excellent non-alcoholic cocktail flight from a local excellent restaurant:

^ That's really nice ( I love oolong mixed with things). I am glad restaurants are embracing having non-alcoholic food pairings.

There are so many more sober bars opening up that have their bev lists posted online. I haven't yet been able to get to one yet.

Among the wonderful developments in mixology: most bars/gastropubs/whatever will prepare non-alcoholic versions of their cocktails happily.

I offered this one at a party I bartended: Paloma Fizz (grapefruit juice, rosemary syrup, club soda). Partygoers liked it more than I did (the rosemary was very strong).

oh and this is not a mocktail but nothing hits the spot like golden milk before bed (i like it with coconut milk)

also for those interested in sweetness + vegan honey alternatives + unusual ingredients:
pine elixir!!! (i get mine at a local grocery store but you can get it online too and it's not expensive and tastes very distinctively like sweet pine needles!)
