Is 17 Coatbridge then?

Ismael Klata, Monday, 13 October 2008 19:55 (seventeen years ago)

if Barcelona was close, Valencia? if Naples was close, Rome?

Hint for #17: it's not a big city now but it used to be a major city in the Middle Ages. Hence the big cathedral, which has lots of beautiful historical artifacts, including one of the biggest surviving Medieval tapestries.

Not Valencia nor Rome.
