i love how sometimes tina fey looks gorgeous and sometimes she looks just normal, casual, whatever - it's like real life! and then of course juxtaposed to the assistant and her outfits (and her hair! and "they kinda just stay up on their own"), it's pretty brilliant.

I dunno...I think it's Tina vs. the "ordinary" sitcom writers who she says helps her make it work, because half the jokes are totally hilarious and half are totally staid sitcom jokes that fall flat.
