There were some checks signed by him and a few that weren't, so that could have been a dividing line, but this sounds like it has been an educated, attentive, and earnest jury

im watching cable news and there were multiple lawyers on there who said they were thinking that if he was convicted it would not be on all the charges, guess the evidence was a little stronger on some than others, one also said its common for hold outs on juries to trade their votes for not guiltys on some of the charges

That is what I was saying about how some checks as part of the falsification and cover-up were signed by him and some were not.
