thats what I'm wondering, if anyone's yet done any research into what he's saying here, idk it seems pretty bad. always so hard to tell with this guy but it's like 100% clear that if Russia wants something in exchange for help during the election Trump is more than happy to deliver, if anything he's more willing to do so given how little consequences he's faced so far

actually doing stuff while in office is another thing though, especially since the heat was on this particular connection before he even took office, and even Republicans weren't really going along with what he was saying just yet.

I think you're reading too much into it. I get it, when MTG started going on about TransCarpathia that didn't come out of nowhere, so its far from impossible it has some significance, but this is more likely to be nothing. I'm not sure he has any particular interest in freeing Gershkovich either

again I don't think we ever got a satisfactory answer as to why Trump would take massive amounts of classified docs with him into his house and why he tried to hard to avoid giving them back, not saying it has anything to do with Russia, the most benign explanation is that he willingly compromised national security to make Biden's job harder, which is still the sort of thing that would land anyone else in prison for life

Its pretty weird the the Libertarian party conference had the candidate for a different party than their own as a speaker. I read something weird about the Libertarians recently in I think Colorado, where they purposefully neutered themselves in some say when they got too close to beating a Republican. and that a lot of people have left over the last (3?) years, maybe more maybe less

Just the usual transactional stuff that is his whole approach with everything. “I hear you guys like x, y, and z. (thinking of CO and NH in particular but prresumably nationally). I still can't get over that the last witness for the defense was the shambling and out of control Costello and that Trump thought that he would be a very good witness, a masterstroke. Seeing the court getting cleared out and hearing that Merchan was informing him that he is in contempt and his testimony would be stricken from the record if he continued in the same the vein. Any hyper-impartial jurors (if there is such a thing) that are earnestly trying to follow the evidence and forget who the man is, he's been reminding them every day who he is. And that was the icing on the cake.
