Oh man I saw we were going to the US but that's a great bit of news
― Bitchin Doutai (Noodle Vague), Thursday, 9 May 2024 15:50 (two years ago)
fun fact (if true) Wolves and Palace started today with exactly the same number of shots and goals for the season
― Bitchin Doutai (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 11 May 2024 14:09 (two years ago)
Olise misses a sitter luckily
― Bitchin Doutai (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 11 May 2024 14:25 (two years ago)
I was already counting the goal in my head
― RICH BRIAN (Neanderthal), Saturday, 11 May 2024 14:25 (two years ago)
Man City winning again is gonna be so depressing.
Can we convince Tottenham and West Ham to play a 10-0-0 formation against them
― RICH BRIAN (Neanderthal), Saturday, 11 May 2024 14:26 (two years ago)
And there it is. Lol
― RICH BRIAN (Neanderthal), Saturday, 11 May 2024 14:27 (two years ago)

― Bitchin Doutai (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 11 May 2024 14:28 (two years ago)

― RICH BRIAN (Neanderthal), Saturday, 11 May 2024 14:30 (two years ago)

Darragh what is yr honest appraisal of Ange’s first year?
― a hoy hoy, Saturday, 11 May 2024 16:54 (two years ago)
Turns out it might have been more Moyes than Chelsea last week
― H.P, Saturday, 11 May 2024 17:06 (two years ago)
Peter Drury: you don't get that at...Hollywood
― hiroyoshi tins in (Sgt. Biscuits), Monday, 13 May 2024 21:07 (two years ago)
heya ahh
honest isnt the measure tbh because it goes up and down a lot depending on the lens if you get me
start of season, fifth would have looked great, eighth looked decent, but is it really fifth? really?
newcastle, utd, chelsea have had awful seasons, thats all that is
his frankly astonishing start is being held as a stick to beat him with, but tbh its not like it was a normal new manager bounce that has faded into a stable philosophy getting embedded- we started playing like brazil 1970 _overnight_ after several years of conte/joseball. it was seriously heady stuff.
but since chelsea disaster we have fallen apart and its very very difficult not to see it as being found out because the entire team stopped looking like professionals with any sort of belief and pretty much every team started putting it up to us with very simple burnley or stoke lite tactics
and he never adapted and he never got it back working nor even close all season, he just talked about changing the mentality and next season
hes a likeable guy but a bit cunty against very fair questions like "why not practice defending set plays?" or "is it really wise to ask all your players to do stupid things all the time?" so im balancing that against his easy charm and confidence
his record tracks against a big transformation in the second season but id be amazed if a levy summer transfer window doesn't break that streak and i think our down-tools pack of neversold cunts will see him sacked in November

Gotta sell some square pegs & bring in some solid round ones but with a bit of growth from the younger 1st teamers he can match Poch peaks imho.
― lilcraigyboi (Craigo Boingo), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 08:36 (two years ago)
im comforting myself with a few things
- definite track record of exactly this type of start vs hitting big groove thereafter
- doesnt act like hes doing us a favour, speaks well, clearly a good good guy
- i mean it is actually still fifth after selling kane. 8th might have been optimistic tbh
― close encounters of the third knid (darraghmac), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 13:07 (two years ago)
this is peak spursy

― RICH BRIAN (Neanderthal), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 20:19 (two years ago)
If Spurs can’t win, everyone and their chairs dying is a second best outcome
― a hoy hoy, Tuesday, 14 May 2024 20:20 (two years ago)
bizarre game rly
spurs havent looked this good for months, solid, snappy, resolute and sharp on the break

― close encounters of the third knid (darraghmac), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 20:32 (two years ago)
Man City keep wriggling out, but damn if Tottenham doesn't feel like they're gonna find one soon
― RICH BRIAN (Neanderthal), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 20:37 (two years ago)
really good spell of possession going
― RICH BRIAN (Neanderthal), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 20:39 (two years ago)
Hate how petrodollars buy so much certainty like this. Fuck capitalism
― xyzzzz__, Tuesday, 14 May 2024 20:42 (two years ago)
HOW?!
― RICH BRIAN (Neanderthal), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 20:43 (two years ago)
luckily there will be 10+ minutes of stoppage
just crazy how often Tottenham is winning the ball in advanced positions, I really thought that it was going to be the one that snuck through
― RICH BRIAN (Neanderthal), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 20:45 (two years ago)
welp
― RICH BRIAN (Neanderthal), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 20:48 (two years ago)
I'd like to see old Manny Cit wriggle their way out of this jam
― Ethinically Ambigaus (Bananaman Begins), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 20:53 (two years ago)
Well, it’s been a fun season. Arsenal have really done themselves proud. I have no faith in West Ham, so on to next year it is.
― a hoy hoy, Tuesday, 14 May 2024 20:54 (two years ago)
Man City must be stripped of everything they have won.
― xyzzzz__, Tuesday, 14 May 2024 21:00 (two years ago)
also teams sponsored by emirates
― close encounters of the third knid (darraghmac), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 21:05 (two years ago)
let them separate into their special Superleague, then have the other teams bail and force them instead to play against live, bloodthirsty predators every week.
Wolves match will be interesting for once
― RICH BRIAN (Neanderthal), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 21:08 (two years ago)
Bollocks to that, they are absolutely the perfect champions for this league.
― I've left the box of soup near your shoes (Tom D.), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 21:14 (two years ago)
I felt very dirty hoping for a positive Man City result, you don't get a trophy for finishing fourth, the Champions League is a boring crock of shit and it's a Tuesday night, so on that basis I've contented myself with just the one pint of A Negroni
― hiroyoshi tins in (Sgt. Biscuits), Tuesday, 14 May 2024 21:47 (two years ago)
grats to villa and based on recruitment for emery and how hes used the players he has i think theyre well on the up tbh
