As I said, I lensed it and it gave me the coffee shop which is in Torzhok in Tver Oblast. Found the other structures there to confirm.

After checking the Tver oblast, came across this Torzhok place, that looks like a film set and at one stage looked like it was going to be a UNESCO world heritage site

The roofs and chimneys look UK to me, and there's a BeeSafe security company with that logo in the UK. My guess is a northern or a Midlands town.

That apartment complex is technically Sausalito but adjacent to Marin City (a block away down the hill) and the view is of Strawberry (Harbor Point)/Belvedere and a little bit of Angel Island.

Anyone who rides a bike from SF->Marin knows these roads/views intimately.
