300+ days a year. I usually remember the vitamin.
(Cereal = Quaker Instant Oatmeal(Peaches.Cream.) + generic unflavored oatmeal to cut the sugar)

what i get most fridays & saturdays:
two eggs, bacon, american cheeze slice on a roll with salt, pepper and a copious amount of hot sauce (tobasco or frank's, typically. sometimes varies depending on mood or abailability.).

Sometimes I switch sausage in for bacon.

Tomorrow morning, I am going to get a bacon egg & cheese on a roll at Veselka in the E. Village, My old internship was in Ukranian National Home building, upstairs from aforementioned cafe, and used to eat that shit almost every day.

not my breakfast, as it's 2 am here, but i just ate a sausage & cheddar omelette using dry cured smoked sausages that this guy in norwalk makes. they are really delicious. i put some hot sauce on that shit.

Sent my friend to get fish n chips from the fish n chips shop I got banned from two weeks ago when the awful awful woman working there gave me so much attitude, this was like the third time she was so rude other patrons made little winces at her, that I gave in and called her a fucking bitch, then her sister got all up on me for doing that, I think I tried spitting on one of them. I'm in the middle of doing up my new kitchen and the last thing in place will be the cooker and hob. When it is in place some time by the end of the month I'ma be eating nothing but fryups and my favourite breakfast, which is:

Soft boiled egg and soldiers with lots of chopped parsley/sea salt/black pepper to soak up the runny egg - not just for garnishing. It's occurred to me that it might be nice to dip streaky bacon into the yolk too.
