Everyone seems consistently aged up by not aging them up at all except for Baldwin whom they've turned into David Harbour.

Saw that

My Prelapsarian Baby (James Redd and the Blecchs), Monday, 6 November 2023 14:57 (two years ago)

Season premiere was fine. I hope they don't lean too hard into the soap, but I have a hunch that's what we're gonna get. Between this and "Battlestar Galactica," Ronald Moore has become the top name in not knowing what to do after the success of the first two seasons.

Josh in Chicago, Saturday, 11 November 2023 12:50 (two years ago)

The 4 minute info dump was a little much

MaresNest, Saturday, 11 November 2023 14:56 (two years ago)

lol at (presumably) killing Danny between seasons

feeling good about the H&CF Season 2 arc for Kelly and Aleida

TWELVE Michelob stars?!? (seandalai), Sunday, 19 November 2023 02:33 (two years ago)

ed looks like villain-mode malkovich in his old age mskeup

werewolves of laudanum (VegemiteGrrl), Sunday, 19 November 2023 02:58 (two years ago)

i like all the margo in russia stuff.
the whole swan lake on the tv was a great touch i

werewolves of laudanum (VegemiteGrrl), Sunday, 19 November 2023 03:09 (two years ago)

An H&CF story arc would be v cool.

that's not my post, Tuesday, 21 November 2023 05:03 (two years ago)

We’ve got Daniel Stern playing the head of NASA on FAM and Paul Reiner played head of the lab in Stranger Things. Guess the cast of Diner is ripe for the kindly but still kinda evil head bureaucrat roles.

that's not my post, Tuesday, 21 November 2023 05:09 (two years ago)

I want Margo to bump into Martha!

Stoop Crone (Trayce), Tuesday, 21 November 2023 05:58 (two years ago)

lol, glad I'm not the only one who starts mixing this show up with The Americans every time we're zapped back to Russia.

It is a disgusting... (Old Lunch), Tuesday, 21 November 2023 10:49 (two years ago)

smorking that lound in space

ɥɯ ︵ (°□°) (mh), Wednesday, 22 November 2023 16:01 (two years ago)

Poor Margo.

Josh in Chicago, Wednesday, 22 November 2023 16:03 (two years ago)

Bill/Aleida was special, the rest was fine

TWELVE Michelob stars?!? (seandalai), Thursday, 23 November 2023 01:19 (two years ago)

Wayne shoutout though!

TWELVE Michelob stars?!? (seandalai), Thursday, 23 November 2023 01:34 (two years ago)

they teased us with class warfare in space and a coup on earth, and we got more black market capitalism and a different type of coup succeeding

ɥɯ ︵ (°□°) (mh), Thursday, 23 November 2023 01:55 (two years ago)

this season is kind of a yawn

like theres ok moments, the margo stuff is ok & yeah bill & aleida was cool

but also we are so far from Gordo now its like what are we even doing anymore

werewolves of laudanum (VegemiteGrrl), Thursday, 23 November 2023 06:27 (two years ago)

I think the series owes more to Halt and Catch Fire more than any other recent tv show, but having the core cast evolve and age out/die definitely pushes the focal point more to the altered history and politics

The hvac guy has an interesting plot arc but it’s underserved by having him be a pretty stock character so far. Seems like that whole thing might have been a setup to bring our NK friend back into the mix

ɥɯ ︵ (°□°) (mh), Thursday, 23 November 2023 15:23 (two years ago)

Some silliness with the Kelli & Aleida plot this week. And some seriousness with the Margo plot. Hopefully that’s sufficiently vague.

that's not my post, Saturday, 25 November 2023 06:00 (two years ago)

Solid episode, finally enjoying the Margo storyline. I'm guessing that something Miles saw on his excursion - the shiny rocks, the crevasse, something - will turn out to be a crucial plot point later on, otherwise what was it for.

TWELVE Michelob stars?!? (seandalai), Saturday, 2 December 2023 12:54 (two years ago)

Gonna be like magic life-housing space rocks that no one noticed before.

I don't really care about that dude, and when they gave the cosmonaut a sad farewell this ep I thought, you know, I didn't care about her, either. They're juggling a lot of different overlapping storylines this seasons.

Josh in Chicago, Saturday, 2 December 2023 17:03 (two years ago)

Not clear if Ed has anything to do. Dani should send him home.

that's not my post, Sunday, 3 December 2023 04:48 (two years ago)

Miles is too goddamn stupid to live, Ed is a mess, honestly aside from Margo what are we even doing here ugh

werewolves of laudanum (VegemiteGrrl), Tuesday, 5 December 2023 05:14 (two years ago)

Every time I think Miles is gonna be a new hero for the show he just fucks shit up. He... how did he even get hired. Come to that how on earth is that speakeasy going without being noticed by the higher ups, does everyone just keep shtumm because they all want to be able to get chocolate and undies and foot cream and porn?

Stoop Crone (Trayce), Tuesday, 5 December 2023 06:08 (two years ago)

come for the porn, stay for the human trafficking

werewolves of laudanum (VegemiteGrrl), Tuesday, 5 December 2023 06:16 (two years ago)

The actor does give off the aura of a porn star expecting to bang the horny prof but it turns out it's just a regular calculus final.

Philip Nunez, Tuesday, 5 December 2023 15:15 (two years ago)

VG OTM, we got rid of the Stevens yahoos that ruined S3 but so far only the Margo plot line is proving to be compelling

that's not my post, Tuesday, 5 December 2023 15:38 (two years ago)

Show has found a groove, looking forward to Aleida in Russia. Didn't even hate the return of a Stevens yahoo.

TWELVE Michelob stars?!? (seandalai), Saturday, 9 December 2023 00:09 (two years ago)

opening scene was very Expanse (but with not-as-good CGI somehow?)

TWELVE Michelob stars?!? (seandalai), Saturday, 9 December 2023 01:00 (two years ago)

Better episode for sure

that's not my post, Saturday, 9 December 2023 05:01 (two years ago)

Joel's acting is so one-note and glacial at the moment, his fucking John Wayne drawl in this latest Ep is putting my teeth on edge

MaresNest, Saturday, 9 December 2023 14:14 (two years ago)

It’ll be interesting to see how the Russians deal with the elephant in the room. Are they going to hide Margo, only for it to become obvious that it’s her when some calculations or drawings were her work, or is she going to be sitting at a conference room table?

ɥɯ ︵ (°□°) (mh), Saturday, 9 December 2023 16:57 (two years ago)

my guess is they will proudly display Margo - she's a trophy for Irina & the soviet state & it will throw Aleida off her game

that's not my post, Saturday, 9 December 2023 19:00 (two years ago)

it sure as hell would

ɥɯ ︵ (°□°) (mh), Saturday, 9 December 2023 19:31 (two years ago)

Aleida thinks she's dead, right?

Stoop Crone (Trayce), Sunday, 10 December 2023 00:39 (two years ago)

she definitely does, and it's a big part of her PTSD.

stirmonster, Sunday, 10 December 2023 01:17 (two years ago)

This episode was more like Bore All Mankind.

Josh in Chicago, Sunday, 10 December 2023 22:53 (two years ago)

better ep, glad they finally cut Ed lose

Ryan Atwood’s girlfriend being 40-something really makes me feel old.

papal hotwife (milo z), Wednesday, 20 December 2023 03:31 (two years ago)

huh?

Josh in Chicago, Wednesday, 20 December 2023 13:17 (two years ago)

The oil rig guy who goes to Mars, his wife is played by an actress last seen on the OC.

papal hotwife (milo z), Wednesday, 20 December 2023 16:44 (two years ago)

Ah! She only pops up now and then in a 5 second video call though, right?

Josh in Chicago, Wednesday, 20 December 2023 16:58 (two years ago)

Cmd+F "Ed Planet"

TWELVE Michelob stars?!? (seandalai), Saturday, 23 December 2023 01:34 (two years ago)

This show seems to be getting maybe a little ridiculous, probably not intentionally, but I think we're on board for it.

Josh in Chicago, Saturday, 23 December 2023 02:45 (two years ago)

Indeed so many ridiculous things going on this season. But, shrug, it’s still an enjoyable show

that's not my post, Saturday, 23 December 2023 05:04 (two years ago)

Episode 2 is ridiculously unsubtle but I appreciated the ‘91 coup Swan Lake airing.

papal hotwife (milo z), Saturday, 23 December 2023 05:27 (two years ago)

First few episodes of this season were kinda meh but I like the way it’s ramping back up now. am here for the ridiculousness
