Second pic looks very distinctive - unusual hill, parallel roads with a tram track in the middle, maybe railway sidings off to the side and a power plant in the distance? I'm not about to trawl over all of europe or even croatia (my personal guess) for it.

so II is a view of the roundabout in I, and maybe III is on the roof of II?

Tattoo seems to read "I love my Momy". Can't find a reference to an area which uses that as a common term so is it maybe a reference to the French Pyrenean town?

Just so there's a guess out there I'm going to say the biggest city closest to Momy which is Bayonne.

Girl looks possibly Eastern European and the necklace not cheap, but that's a wild guess
On the first pic, is that ice tea (Nestea) he's drinking ? The trees look characteristic but I suck at trees

I thought it was ice tea but the bottle is the wrong shape for a big brand and the blue label/green cap feels very odd

On a second look it seems the same shape as a Nestea bottle but not in the label branding they've had since relaunch in 2018.

Agree it's not carbonated because of the cap shape but there seems to be a thin layer of foam on top.

I’d guess the last word of the tattoo is ‘маму’ (mom), so a mixture of English and Russian. On a similar note, I’m pretty sure it is a Nestea bottle but the liquid is too dark, so possibly homemade kvass in a reused bottle.

I could see it being somewhere like Daugavpils.

As I said, I lensed it and it gave me the coffee shop which is in Torzhok in Tver Oblast. Found the other structures there to confirm.

I had never even heard of it, and it seems pretty small for a city, hence me saying I would never have got it otherwise.

After checking the Tver oblast, came across this Torzhok place, that looks like a film set and at one stage looked like it was going to be a UNESCO world heritage site
