Not that I don't blame Musk for this instance, but Twitter's jankiness does precede him.

Yeah for about a year pre-Musk I couldn't get read with no account, which is how I found out about nitter. It became available again when Musk took over, probably cos he sacked so many ppl lol

So weird. Couldn’t see any activity with my most active account, saw this thread and surmised it could be cause I blocked too many blue checks. That sucks cause the main appeal of the site now is as a game where I try to block as many as possible.

So I tried to log in with an alt account, I could see the feed but the account is locked for breaking rules (your guess is as good as mine regarding which rule they may have arbitrarily enforced this time). But immediately after logging in with the alt account I went back to my main account and it’s now showing the feed. This is a real spit-and-duct-tape situation isn’t it.

Haven’t heard much of BlueSky lately. Another flash in the pan?
