this is true enough, but it's a riskier move than blocking a video game. under a republican congress tim cook will be in front of the commerce committee and live on fox news etc. immediately if apple does anything to twitter.

I just imagined them expanding the "sensitive content hidden, click to view" filter to a much broader set of criteria and then started giggling as I thought of a timeline that's 90% hidden content

to help me not be on twitter as much and so i don't get push notifications, i don't have the app, just the mobile web page...generally i haven't seen a lot of the problems people have been talking about, but this morning my notifications were behaving weird, not loading in properly

the point is makng things available in the app store. you'd still be able to get to twitter via mobile browser (which is an experience that sucks, on purpose, but twitter could make their mobile web interface better)

I'm getting dozens promoted ads for shitty "made for TV" style products like every five or six tweets, it's obnoxious.

Weirdly, I'm getting a ton of ads on my alt where I only follow like 90 accounts, but on my main feed, where I follow several thousand, I haven't seen an ad in weeks (I did not and never have paid for twitter btw). Probably some kind of bug that is working in my favor I suppose.
