looks like Ruben's on the way to Barca. i don't begrudge him for a second, but it's one more sign that the Champo awaits and that unless we get either a new owner and/or new Director of Football with a proper plan then we're going to be back where we were before Fosun pretty quickly

Let's see if two Traores are better than one

Lopetegui finally!

I'm amazed Nathan Jones is being interviewed by Southampton. I couldn't think of a worse appointment a prem club could make. jfc they might as well have asked Warnock to come out of retirement.

calzino, Monday, 7 November 2022 14:08 (three years ago)

Good song though.

Arguably the worst thing the Undertaker was associated with, dunno how they think he can get redemption in football after being so shite at wrestlemania 19

a hoy hoy, Monday, 7 November 2022 20:43 (three years ago)

this Nathan Jones is all about 1000% commitment to a very unsubtle shithousery gameplan and is very bad at concealing his bitterness when it is doesn't work for him or when other sides out-shithouse them. He's done ok at Luton but he's basically a fucking incredibly limited and unlikable football manager and ditto human being. I can't see him being a successful goto manager for a prem relegation battle. These idiots don't realise that Dyche was running on luck at least 90% of the time.

calzino, Monday, 7 November 2022 23:47 (three years ago)

they may not, but increasingly one wonders whether they may

Ivan Toney is quickly turning into my favourite player

a hoy hoy, Saturday, 12 November 2022 15:44 (three years ago)

If Bournemouth throw a 2 goal lead for the 3rd game running I'm tempted to say that's it for them

imago, Saturday, 12 November 2022 16:06 (three years ago)

Xhaka overwhelmed by the Molineux atmosphere

Burnt Norton 360 (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 12 November 2022 20:07 (three years ago)

Guedes starting to be a reliable dude to feed on a counter, other than that finish.

Fash Gordon (Neanderthal), Saturday, 12 November 2022 20:08 (three years ago)

he wasn't far off tbf, think it was a better option than trying to find Adama

Burnt Norton 360 (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 12 November 2022 20:17 (three years ago)

boy that was lucky

Fash Gordon (Neanderthal), Saturday, 12 November 2022 20:22 (three years ago)

i don't mind the bus park, hit on counter strategy for a team like Arsenal, so far mostly staying organized enough to not give Arsenal much.

Fash Gordon (Neanderthal), Saturday, 12 November 2022 20:25 (three years ago)

best i've seen us play for weeks, always difficult when the referee's wearing an Arsenal shirt

Burnt Norton 360 (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 12 November 2022 20:29 (three years ago)

aw MAN what a bit of luck that woulda been

Fash Gordon (Neanderthal), Saturday, 12 November 2022 20:31 (three years ago)

oh fuck Guedes

Burnt Norton 360 (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 12 November 2022 20:32 (three years ago)

this kinda reminds me of the 2019-2020 Man City match at Eithad where Wolves had a few close opps that they missed first half and mostly sat back and defended well, hopefully the second half goes like that match, but no Jimenez to partner with Traore.

Fash Gordon (Neanderthal), Saturday, 12 November 2022 20:36 (three years ago)

Adama & Guedes have been ok, at least we're creating chances when we do break

if an Arsenal player gets booked you're gonna hear the biggest roar of the whole night

Burnt Norton 360 (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 12 November 2022 20:37 (three years ago)

I missed a moment, did an Arsenal player chuck a ball at a ref without punishment?

Fash Gordon (Neanderthal), Saturday, 12 November 2022 20:38 (three years ago)

Ben White had a little tantrum, think he threw it at a linesman

Odegaard shd've been booked for pulling back Moutinho on the break but hey
