He called Ted Cruz’s wife “ugly” and accused his dad of assassinating JFK.
And now said Cruz moistly grovels at trump's feet, hoping for a pat on the head

What's up with the framed Time magazine cover(s) in the box? Looks like the start of a "help me identify the crimes in this photo" thread.
― BrianB, Wednesday, 31 August 2022 12:20 (three years ago)
I don't see any emails there=innocent!
Seriously, though, there are people that have gone to jail for a fraction of the infractions displayed here.
Trump's incompetence is legendary, and the fact that people again and again keep sacrificing themselves at his throne of stupidity boggles the mind. The body count of people tainted (or convicted) for covering up for him, for enabling him, is higher than that pile of burgers when he invited that sports team to the White House.
Some people are already mocking, saying, oh, Time magazine, soooo classified, but that's the whole point. He had all this important classified stuff mixed in with his personal shit. Reportedly he had highly classified stuff in his desk with his passports, which further underscores chain of custody. Reportedly the DOJ has evidence that Trump Inc. *moved* classified documents in response to the subpoena, no doubt because perpetually entitled, consequence-free Trump insisted on grabbing what he could and no one could or would stop him. It just blows the mind the extent to which Trump and his team just so brazenly blew off the DOJ. You'd think *someone* there would have recognized the extent of the criminality, and hey, maybe someone did, because clearly someone ultimately ratted him out.

oh yes. Records Custodian Order #1348: "President Donald Trump sir is allowed to take what he needs from the Oval Office in the White House of America to the Mar-a-Lago toilets and other rooms there, and the second they leave the Oval Office they become declassified as well"
― Karl Malone, Thursday, 1 September 2022 02:02 (three years ago)
fukken loved that order, it became common knowledge overnight
― Karl Malone, Thursday, 1 September 2022 02:03 (three years ago)
that's why we voted a great businessman into the oval office, because he would have common sense

seems to me like his behaviour is an attempt to validate / legitimise his claim that he's still the president, i.e. of course I can take this to my residence

This is what the #TruthSocial office looked like in Sarasota, Fl. on Wed. afternoon. There was no one inside the social media company’s headquarters, no receptionist, no business sign, no sign of CEO Devin Nunes, nothing with Trump’s name anywhere in the building. @HeraldTribune pic.twitter.com/VnZ0bAuPFw— Chris Anderson (@ChrisA0213) August 31, 2022

"Movant also agrees that it would be appropriate for the special master to possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance." (Trump's 8/31 filing page 14)No reason to ask for this if the documents were declassified.— Civis Mundus (@CivisMundusSum) September 1, 2022

I'm going to guess that at least some of the papers are transcripts of phone calls between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page with Trump's cum stains on them.

― frogbs, Friday, 2 September 2022 00:29 (three years ago)
Not a dismissal, she is apparently considering granting Trump's motion for a special master (and thereby halting DOJ's review of the documents pending the special master's review). It's a grotesquerie.
― immodesty blaise (jimbeaux), Friday, 2 September 2022 00:31 (three years ago)

Reminder
Leaving aside how far Judge Cannon is going to accommodate Trump, it’s not like appointing a special master changes anything about Trump’s potential liability or the legitimacy of DOJ’s search. It’s about the possible return of *some* of the seized materials — and nothing more. https://t.co/MrWQdacvfi— Steve Vladeck (@steve_vladeck) August 27, 2022

This is fun:
Bill Barr said he did not believe Trump's claim that he had declassified everything before it was taken to his Florida resort, and he hit back at critics of the FBI search saying it was 'unprecedented' for such sensitive materials to be taken to a 'country club.'
Barr made his comments as Trump supporters continue to accuse the FBI and Department of Justice of conducted a witch hunt...

― Karl Malone, Friday, 2 September 2022 21:21 (three years ago)
xpost The actual clip is kind of fun, because he goes out of his way to give that quote:
