What's wrong with this and why does it make me so uncomfortable

-Darker lines outlining the inner eyes make him seem angry
-Extra skin fold above his right eye
-Look at the small amount of his body you can see and try to extrapolate - he's all hunched up. How is he posed and what is he... doing?
-It must be said that the mouth is huge and not necessarily smiling
-Tight cropping makes it seem like Bugs is right up in your face, possibly yelling at you or contacting your body inappropriately

naturally the picture attached to this observation has since vanished: it was of a woman pushing an ordinary shopping trolley with a child lying on its bottom shelf (if that's what you call it), his head and legs sticking out deliberately stiffly
