I just made a complete tit of myself in front of Dave Chapelle, whose polaroid is up in Peets' Coffee as "customer of the week". My boss and I stood there talking loudly about DAVE CHAPELLE and I WONDER IF HE COMES HERE EVERY DAY when none other than...DAVE CHAPELLE got up from a table in the corner and bolted out the door. I hope I didn't make him run away to Africa.

My favorite was at the the West Hollywood Halloween carnival. I saw Weird Al and was like, hey, that's a pretty good costume. Anyway, he was eyeing the chicken dish I had purchased from a vendor.

My maw and da' were on the same flight as Smokey Robinson and his band today. My dad shook Smokey's hand and told him he was a legend. He saw fit to phone me right after they got off the flight and tell me the story, I can't blame him, SMOKEY ROBINSON! Tears of a clown, when there's no cunt around!

on sunday, saw andy richter kicking it with his wife and friends at Birds on Franklin. Andy was on his second martini before they even got their table, seemed real cool and was being nice to some lonely "fan" next to him while he settled his bar tab. too bad about that failed sitcom :(

i saw jimmy fallon in barnes & noble on union square today. some asian bro and friend were trying to convince him to say hello to their friend via their cell phone. he looked pretty pissed.

also, Moby eats at my restaurant every weekend brunch and is with a different girl every time. talk about PLAY amirite?
