Top right hand corner there looks to be a Belgian flag in the window. If that's right, and I'm not entirely sure it is (do Belgians put flags in their windows?), then it's too hilly to be Flanders. There appears to be a street lift, but it's not the one in Brussels.

Belgian flags can be seen on the national holiday or when there's international soccerball going on. Parts of Flanders are that hilly too.

Is that a bridge or an elevator in the middle of the pic?

Looks like an elevator to me, which should make this easy... but googling Belgian street elevators is not giving me the answer

The street elevator and hairpin turn with mirror remind me of Monaco, but the trees on that hill look a bit too lush to be Mediterranean.

Apartment blocks definitely not swish enough to be Monaco. Whether this is Belgium or not, definitely getting Northern European vibes.

I feel like this one should have been easy, with the Belgian flag in the window (possibly a red herring) and that very singular-looking structure which I assume is a lift/elevator down to a station. But it looks like we need another pic...

Phew, and thanks! I got it from the 'lyp cr' tag, then I spotted the monorail which had the right shade of green for its supports but couldn't find that bridge/elevator at all.

The monorail looks way cool and has its own unusual detail in wikipedia article:

In 1999, the Schwebebahn had its thus far only fatal accident.

the glass was a station but the elevator didn't go to it, so we were both right and astray

i searched for '"lyp" "cr" graffiti', second result says "I don't know anything about LYP Crew except they are from NRW, probably from the area Wuppertal" without even clicking through. pretty lucky, i doubt that would happen for most other tags.

Looks like one of the bridges over the Santa Clara River in Santa Clarita, CA but can't quite find the exact one.

the one in santa paula has the same railing but isn't it. none of the santa clarita ones i checked had the right railing
