Donald Trump: Classic or Dud?

End of the filing concludes: "This Court should unseal Docket Entry 17, subject to the presentation of
countervailing interests by former President Trump." So yeah, Trump can say no, or sue or whatever to prevent its release/revelation, which if he does is not a good look for a guy that complained so loudly. Garland basically calling his bluff.

Fox News hosts now asking why Trump hasn’t released the warrant. Bret Baer and Martha MacCallum both agree that the next piece of info needed is the warrant, and expressed uncertainty about why Trump hasn’t released it.

For the same reason he didn't return the boxes, obviously. Some secrets and truths are too great for mortals, our species isn't ready for it.

Only people who are suspected of being guilty need to produce evidence that they are innocent. Think about it.

On yesterday's The Daily, Maggie Haberman said he was fascinated with some stuff, like letters from Kim Jong-un (remember that Trump was sending him some very effusive missives, proudly shared with The Failing New York Times etc.). I imagine it's very possible/likely that Asshole (who was in NY) was told of the search warrant action, lashed out without even knowing what the warrant was about, mobilized his hornets and sycophants, and only then was informed by his lawyers what was in the warrant. And is now in an untenable position. Release the information and reveal the crime he possibly committed, or refuse and look even more guilty.

In other words, *classic* Trump.
