I told you: I googled "power station "7 towers" " and the first result looked VERY suspiciously correct + the hills in the distance did too

first result in Images

and then the first aerial picture already looked like it was the right direction

My wild guess would be Oregon or somewhere northwest. There's a tree on the right that has red flowers, which might be a clue if identified

NW seems a good initial candidate. It looks to be at the base of a hill...or part way down one

The license plate on the truck might be Utah, which probably means they just moved from Utah, and this is a completely useless clue.

Yeah, the plate itself doesn't really matter (its not PA anyway, top and bottom band take up too much space)

It looks pretty steep, from the trees and need for such a wooden structure to access the house, but you can't see much in the distance. Some humid northern climate.

That truck looks like a work truck (tool boxes, spray cans) rather than a moving truck.

The cars seems a bit older than I would expect in a middle class city area, so maybe outside a city in a rural area. Also, the houses are pretty modest for a "view" area.

Could be the hilly south too (Appalachia).

AFAIK, Pennsylvania is the only state to use that color scheme in its license plates.

Agree that the houses/cars look a bit basic and give the impression it's not a particularly well off area.

I thought the trees might help but if you're high up a mountain that could be harder again. The not-too-modern feel of it all is making me think Costa Rica maybe? no idea though
