bridge is kinda whack - the whole thing, tram wires and all, rises up to let boats through. odd little jigsaw piece tag on the opposite side.

I'm guessing it's linked to that Comics Crepes shop on the corner, since there's a comic image on it

it looked like a long bridge in south america, so i found a list of longest bridges in south america. this was #4. the vehicle barrier design and median paint are quite distinctive.

The building on the left clearly needs that alarm system, doesn't it.
+ what a mysterious row of windows to the right - with the red panels. Not garage doors... - also that very high light pole straight ahead, there must be a big area there I suppose?

I'm guessing the red brick building is a car park. Looks like there are about ten thousand modern red brick car parks in the uk. The building reflected in the window with the vertical fluting is also pretty standard issue.

I think there’s a playground at the far end of the park. Not that it narrows down the location too much.

Lots of Soviet-style housing blocks. One building I can see that might conceivable be a church, otherwise no churches. Main road in pretty poor condition. Cars look like they're driving on the right. Huge gash in the landscape on the left, looks like it might be an old open-cut mine or something. Couple of power plant type buildings. I'm guessing one of the poorer ex-Soviet countries.
