I think it feels mediterranean, maybe? Fortifications, marina, bridge that needs to go up, don't know if those are arabian-inspired arches on the building in the distance (behind the runner)?

seriously Stan, you checked *all of the* Mediterranean region for cities/towns with what… white bridges? I did a random Google search to that effect, to no avail obviously

I’m mostly curious about that dark brown structure on the right, which looks like it might be some kind of fortress/ fortification, or maybe it’s just a residential area with brown houses/buildings - can’t really tell, the resolution is quite low

cities near the sea with marinas yes? ok maybe not all of them then

still quite impressive!

bridge is kinda whack - the whole thing, tram wires and all, rises up to let boats through. odd little jigsaw piece tag on the opposite side.

I'm guessing it's linked to that Comics Crepes shop on the corner, since there's a comic image on it

it looked like a long bridge in south america, so i found a list of longest bridges in south america. this was #4. the vehicle barrier design and median paint are quite distinctive.

Yeah, feels incredibly familiar yet also I have probably never been there.

my brain is having a hard time comprehending how the door on the left connects with the brickwork.

The building on the left clearly needs that alarm system, doesn't it.
+ what a mysterious row of windows to the right - with the red panels. Not garage doors... - also that very high light pole straight ahead, there must be a big area there I suppose?

I'm guessing the red brick building is a car park. Looks like there are about ten thousand modern red brick car parks in the uk. The building reflected in the window with the vertical fluting is also pretty standard issue.

I think there’s a playground at the far end of the park. Not that it narrows down the location too much.

ftom what I gather, the double yellow kerbside is also used in Ireland (I’m ruling out former BE places like Malta, S’pore and Malaysia here)
