I got #60 in 65 guesses -- hit the 900s twice in the first 20 guesses; because of the annoying thing with plurals and verb tenses being not necessarily close to the word, I definitely "wasted" some guesses

I don't think I'm cut out for this game. It took me 58 guesses just to get a low green and it took me another 70 guesses to get my second green. I got election on guess #129 but I didn't think of the target word for another 38 guesses after that!

Eventually gave up on #62, despite getting a million greens. I'm not sure I would have ever got it though now I know what it is

I was stuck with a highest guess of ‘conclude’ (479) for ages, then consulted a co-worker who has previously been a Semantle sceptic - she suggested ‘introduce’ (493) and it was a hop, skip and a jump from there! i think that this will leave her more favourably disposed towards co-Semantle efforts in future

Gave up on #62, after just 84 guesses. I don't normally give up that soon. Like Zelda Zonk, I doubt I would have ever have got it given the direction my guesses were going.

I had introduce on guess #54 but it still took me another 50 guesses to get from there to the target word!

might have to give up, stuck on 984/1000 after 150 guesses and thesaurus ain't helping.

found it in 161 with direct thesaurus help so a false victory. don't think i would have got it without completely changing paradigms.

though i don't know what i would have changed to as gift and now are both cold.

lol, 15. Almost entirely a fluke, most of those guesses were massively cold, then a low green gave it to me in two more guesses.

thanks to ledge's hints i got it in 203 guesses ... after having high greens with guesses #2 and #7 confront and meetlol ...

#63 -- i am stuck

Me too - despite a host of greens, the highest of which is in the mid-980s. But that was many guesses ago, so I am no doubt barking up the wrong tree.

OK, finally got it in 81 guesses. Originally got stuck on synonyms of 'company' and had many high greens for enterprise, firm, business etc. to bolster me in my delusion.

i am now at guess 380 with three words in the mid-980s that all seem related, and many others slightly lower that are also related ...
