xpost. Could probably view it by using a US based proxy.
But of course that's a whole pain in the arse (and I decided I couldn't be bothered doing so earlier on).

It had it's moments, will and grace lady was great some good one liners but it was no classic. Felt tlike they were trying to ease people who have never watched it into the characters gently. I hope liz/jack will they won't they isn't too much of a theme this series.
― something less awful (Ed), Tuesday, 28 October 2008 10:04 (seventeen years ago)
i thought the new episode was pretty great, but yeah i agree abt the will they/wont they thing. that would be terrible
― t_g, Tuesday, 28 October 2008 10:15 (seventeen years ago)
the whole joke is they wont ever under any circumstances
― max, Tuesday, 28 October 2008 11:51 (seventeen years ago)
I have no idea how they make the running joke about Liz being unattractive/nerdy/permanently single work, given how hot she is. I guess they must use comedy writers.
― caek, Tuesday, 28 October 2008 11:55 (seventeen years ago)
lolol I just had a flashback to the episode where she was the kicker on her high school's football team

the season 2 dvd has the live performance at UCB. pretty fun, esp. baldwin getting all up on edie falco's stand-in.
― Jordan, Tuesday, 28 October 2008 14:32 (seventeen years ago)
I just watched this via some odd russian site which has probably infected my computer with norovirus but I don't care, I'm like Liz at the end of the episode.

Sitting with him in a booth at the London Bar with his assistant Kenny, I find it’s hard to get a bead on the guy. He’s talking to me—actually, it’s more like rapid-fire free-associating—but not really looking at me. “When you’re in the spotlight, people want to dissect you and then put you back together the way they want you. But not Trey-Bag. I’m doing it like Frank Sinatra: my way, baby!” He continues to stare at an indeterminable spot three feet above my left shoulder, eyes slightly crossed. “I just came out of Lasik eye surgery ten minutes ago. Maybe fifteen minutes ago. So my vision is distorted.”
