No, I watch on a laptop and they're in the left-hand sidebar along with headshots of the cast members, trivia, etc. You just have to mouse over the left side of the screen and the link pops up.

space camerawork so great again. the pull back from exploding ceres was amazing. i interpreted those bombs as little “surprises” from the free navy? all part of being “prepared” for the inners?

the streams of “bullet” fire or whatever those missile countermeasures are during the battle between the roci and the pallas were fantastic too

the moment inaros’ face shows up on th roci’s screen was kind of a “finally!” moment

amos: “did we win?” lolll

literally no other person ever would have made that choice

i mean dan otm, and i suppose i'd forgotten that we spent five seasons establishing holden as essentially an angel. but he'd better re-assume his full angeldom soon

yeah and beyond just demonstrating "holden good / inaros psycho" - as if we needed any more proof of that - it shows how important naomi is to him and by extension how the personal has come to be as important, or more important, than saving the world. this time, this choice, was a personal one but yes it comes at a public price

inaros also made the choice to pursue a personal goal instead of the smart military move and it's cost him whatever respect his son still had for him

I like tracer’s analysis of the contrast between Holden and Inaros even though I still think Holden’s decision begs credulity. So on the list of things Holden regrets is going to be all the folks killed by Inaros’s subsequent actions?

marco is a classic small guy (without even taking into account any belter physiognomy, which we obviously have not)

Holden's entire persona is being the guy who does good things when it would be better if he didn't

Loved this episode, they're just too short though! This is the first season that I didn't binge (discovered the show in the summer, thanks ILX!) - a 40-minute Expanse session every week doesn't quite satisfy like two hours every night.

I love that someone on the design team of this show probably thought, "How can we visually demonstrate how annoying and horrible Marco is? ... Let's give him a man-bun!"

holden has always been referred to by Mr Veg as The Boyscout and this assessment has held water. this move was SO infuriating but v in keeping with his character so 🤷🏻‍♀️

noticed this week that the canadian cinematic universe rolls on — the actress who plays the journalist on the expanse showed up on letterkenny

still episodes are TOO SHORT but I fully respect the way they engineered a scene to redeem Michio's reputation despite nobody really caring about her

final episode is gonna be like 4 hours

if they’re trying to make me hopelessly in love with this show in the 4th episode of season 6 by letting me watch amos and bobbie sing along to a full verse and a half of “so lonesome i could cry” while they simultaneously tinker with some spare parts, seethe at letting marco get away, and fondly remembering alex, it’s working

nice to see filip following in his mother’s footsteps vocationally

amos/holden confrontation was superb

holden should have abdicated his captaincy by now, whatever you think of his decision

the raid was insane. second best action sequence in the whole show after bobbie saving avasarala from jules-pierre mao’s goons in the S2 finale? the spacewalk that kicked it off was great too, almost like some kind of ritual, they’re assembled together in a floating semicircle, preparing, making tiny thrust adjustments

such generous editing to let us hang with holden and peaches for a minute while she oversalts the fuck out of her gray kibble

yeah I can't remember the last time we got a good Amos/Bobbie moment so that scene felt like a long overdue treat.

I can't make sense of what's going on with filip/his motivations. def picked up on him following in naomi's footsteps though (would he be aware of that?)

i like to think it’s just in the blood somehow but he’s not exactly a natural at it is he

yeah he’s very hard to read, it seems like he’s bro-ing down with the hoi polloi and breaking with his dad and then all of a sudden he’s back on team marco. i dunno

I tend to think that he's overcompensating with the hoi polloi/ in public so that his discomfort and anger and patricidal urges aren't picked up on so keenly, tbh.

Seems like they are setting up a moment where Filip makes a critical decision that is either pro-Marco or pro-Naomi. And trying to keep it reasonably uncertain which way he will go.

Glad they spent time on Holden’s decision to deactivate the torpedo rather than pretend it wasn't controversial. It was almost like the they read the ILX discussion lol.

yes, seems so - thanks for all your reads on filip, confirms what I suspected. I've taken more of an interest in his arc this season, think I got a bit fatigued with the naomi/filip stuff last season

just thinking that by this point everybody on the roci has made traitorous decisions apart from amos

this is now how many times Marco could have been easily killed and someone hesitated due to guilt (either over killing Marco himself or killing Filip or killing Marco in front of Filip or......etc etc)?

if anything this proves the scrupulous aren't meant for war.

Marco is such a piece of shit it's hard to choose which character most deserves the honor of killing him. It's probably gotta be Naomi, but I think I'd like to see Bobbie or Drummer literally skin him alive.
