I know this is supposed to be based on names, so: Sandy Dennis and Sandy Duncan.

Truthfully, you wouldn't get those two mixed up. I do get Sandy Dennis and Elizabeth Hartman mixed up, though, as to the kind of actresses they are.

This thread should have more of people you get mixed up for reasons other than their name, imo.

On that note, if you were to mix up Sandy Duncan with anyone, it would probably be Karen Valentine.
