Arguing against an Indigenous activist, an assistant U.S. Attorney in Tucson said the government “can do whatever we want with our own land. The government can even destroy the land completely.”@jbwashing and @soph_dz report:https://t.co/HsTGkMT2kb

The assistant U.S. Attorney in Tucson must be referring to certain provisions of the Laying Waste to Federal Lands in Utter and Complete Destruction Act of 1902.

I think there are reasons to be hopeful that Manchin and Sinema might come on board, but I also think Dems in the House want to be able to say that they passed something on their end, and it's not their fault if it fails in the Senate.

Sole Democratic no on BBB pins it on SALT cap repeal

I support many of the ideas in the Build Back Better Act: pre-K, lower-priced Rx drugs for seniors, expanded child tax credits, addressing climate change, and more.

But voting for these should not be contingent on voting for tax giveaways to millionaires.

Perhaps true but that will strengthen the connection between the wannabe-Rittenhouses and the cops. Not like the newly inaugurated protest free-fire rules are going to apply equitably.
