Yes, Walgreens are everywhere in the US. It seems like maybe in this pic we're on the bridge/viaduct shown in the background of the first pic? Trying to work out whether that's train tracks in the far right hand side of this pic, which would possibly be passing under the bridge.

My wife just walked in and looked at the picture and told me it was in Union City. Actually Weehawken, I guess. Apparently we've driven past it multiple times, which I didn't recall.

Not a lot to work on here. Body of water far left could be a lake, river or harbour - I'm thinking the latter as there's some industrial type construction that could be part of a port facility. White building far left and building with light green facade centre left look European to me. Wild guess with not much to back it up would be somewhere in Italy

Strange tower far right is pretty mystifying

Reminds me of the road up from Peschiera del Garda up the east coast of Lake Garda
