I didn't vote for it, but nice to see someone else remembers Crime Wave. I sat by John Paizs at Cinematheque Ontario once while he was talking to someone about his filmmaking plans (and promptly forgot all details except "I sat by John Paizs").

FINE, Georgy Girl made 25, in fact I just stuck to those arbritray numbers I threw out last night and filled in the other spots with some other stuff. Giving this too much thought would be THE PATH TO MADNESS, so I messaged My Brother and asked him the 3rd best film of all time, then put that at 3. One entry per director, yeahyeahyeah I've missed plenty but it's a list of 25 awesome films.

ok - so I have put in a Romantic SF film I've never watched in the cinema but have seen on TV about 20 times.

My Latin American choice was one of the weirdest random screenings of recent years that was just awesome.

So 12 it is! I'll sleep on it and email tomorrow.

Took me all the strength to not put Stone's JFK in this lol.

I put in a bunch of Latin American stuff, had to leave out some more, probably forgot about or never saw even more.
